Our Story
Village Square Commercial Center is a longtime family-owned business. The Heers and Norcott's of American Pacific Properties have been serving Las Vegas in business for Decades and have helped hundreds of businesses over the years to get a start. This is a great family with Vision who took on The Commercial Center Neighborhood in the Early Years. By Building Village Square and New Orleans Square First Named as The Carriage Trade Center. Also owning Hotel and Casino and other real estate throughout the Valley. Their Legacy continues with the reinvention of what it means to be a small business owner in the 21st Century post-recession, and how to compete with Big Corporations by focusing on Family.

Paula Sadler has been a tenant of VSCC since 2004. Opening A Harmony Nail Spa full service Salon & Spa. Later Founding Commercial Center Business Association in 2006, spearheading community improvement projects, such as neighborhood cleanup, art installations, re-branding, working with local government for road and sidewalk improvements, neighborhood business watch, security and neighborhood events.
